Keyword Idea Generator

Keyword ideas around a seed, grouped by what the searcher wants. No volumes, because a tool without a data source that shows them is making them up.

This tool needs JavaScript: a model suggests the phrases; the volumes are not invented.

The phrase to build around. A specific one gives better ideas than a broad one.

Optional. "Small UK manufacturers" and "US enterprise buyers" search differently for the same thing.

Result

This is one of the few tools here that asks the server rather than your browser, because a browser cannot do it. Nothing you put in is stored; the request is rate limited by address and the answer is not cached.

Keyword ideas around a seed, grouped by what the person searching actually wants. No volumes: a tool without a data source behind it that shows search volumes is showing you numbers it invented.

The grouping is the useful part. Informational, commercial, transactional and navigational are four different pages, and putting the wrong kind of page against a phrase is the commonest reason good content ranks for nothing.

How to use

Put in a seed phrase, and a sentence about the audience if you have one. “Small UK manufacturers” and “US enterprise buyers” search for the same thing in different words.

NAVIGATIONAL
none worth targeting

“None worth targeting” is a real answer and worth having: a navigational search is somebody looking for a brand, and if the brand is not yours there is nothing to win.

Pitfalls

Intent decides the page, not the word count. An informational phrase wants an article; a transactional one wants a page with a price and a button. The same words with the wrong page type is wasted work.

These are ideas, not data. Check them where the numbers are real: a keyword tool with an index behind it, or Search Console, which knows what your site already gets impressions for.

Search Console beats any generator. The phrases you rank on page two for are worth more than a list of new ideas, because you are already halfway there.

Long-tail is not automatically easier. A four-word phrase can be dominated by one strong page. Difficulty comes from who is ranking, which no generator can see.

Do not build a page per keyword. Phrases that mean the same thing belong on one page. Splitting them is how a site ends up competing with itself.

This spends the site owner’s money. Each list is a model call, capped daily and monthly, with the cost printed at the bottom.

Compatibility

One model call, with the intent headings fixed in the prompt so the output is comparable between runs. The model is told to use phrases a person would type, not to invent brand names, and to say “none worth targeting” rather than padding a heading.

Cost is counted from the tokens the provider reports, charged against a monthly ceiling the site owner sets. The key stays on the server.

Nothing is stored: not your seed, not the list.

Frequently asked questions

Why no search volumes?
Because there is no data source behind this tool. Volumes require an index; anything else is a number that looks authoritative and is not.
Where do I get real volumes?
Google Keyword Planner, or one of the paid tools. All of them are estimates, and all of them disagree; use them for relative size rather than absolute numbers.
How many of these should I target?
Fewer than you think. One page done properly for the best phrase beats ten thin ones, and the ten thin ones are also what a helpful-content update removes.
Does it know my competitors?
No. It has no access to search results. That is what SERP analysis is for, and it is a different job.
Can it write the content too?
The rewriter here edits text you have written. Generating articles wholesale is a different tool and a worse idea than it sounds.
